Cydney's Philosophy
Cydney believes that healing is more than overcoming pain—it is reclaiming the life you were created to live.
She believes every woman carries a story. Some stories have been shaped by trauma, shame, anxiety, loss, or the expectations of others. While the past cannot be changed, she believes women can change the way it shapes their future.
Cydney believes true transformation happens when women understand their stories with compassion, challenge the beliefs that no longer serve them, and intentionally step into lives aligned with their values, purpose, and authentic identity.
Whether through counseling, coaching, or speaking, her mission is to create spaces where women feel safe to heal, empowered to grow, and equipped to flourish.
Because healing doesn't end with one person—it ripples into families, relationships, communities, and future generations.

Meet Cydney
Licensed Professional Counselor. Coach. Speaker. Mom. Military Spouse. Human.

For nearly a decade, Cydney McClain has worked in the mental health field with a genuine passion for helping people heal, grow, and discover what is possible when they begin to believe in themselves again.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Cydney helps women navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She is licensed in Texas and Florida, with West Virginia licensure underway, and offers both insurance and private-pay counseling.
Her work extends beyond the therapy room. As a coach and speaker, Cydney empowers and equips women with the insight, encouragement, and practical tools to challenge limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
And then there's Cydney—the person behind the credentials. She's a mom, military spouse, fur mom, coffee lover, and professional finder of everyone's lost things. She's also navigated her own seasons of anxiety, depression, transition, and growth.
Cydney is a Christian, and her faith is an important part of who she is and the way she sees the world. She believes in creating space for women to explore their own beliefs and stories without pressure or judgment. Whether faith is central to your life, something you're questioning, or simply not part of your story, you are welcome here.
She doesn't believe being a mental health professional means having life perfectly figured out. It means being human, too.
